Hillendale Ringneck Pheasant Hunting in Pennsylvania features hard-flying pheasants and chukar partridges,
flushed from a combination of cover types: standing corn, grass and weed fields, and brushy hillsides. We maintain a kennel of well trained English Springer Spaniels who know what
bird hunting and retrieving are all about. We encourage guests to bring their own dogs, provided they are under good control.
A minimum field-hunting group consists of two shooters, while the maximum number is four. Morning hunts begin at 8:00, afternoon hunts at 1:00. Ammunition in 12 and 20 gauges is available, as are suitable shotguns for those not wishing to bring their own. Fluorescent orange outerwear is required for all field hunting.
