Mallard Duck Shoots

Situated, in a beautiful natural meadow, are five duck blinds that accomodate two hunters  each. Close by, is a comfortable "lookout" (bull pen) for hunters to wait their turn to shoot, when groups exceed ten shooters. Fast flying mallards zip over the blinds in a wide variety of angles and heights, to offer a great wing shooting challenge. Experienced waterfowl guides, call the ducks in for at least one pass over the blinds and decoys. Hunters are also welcome to practice their own duck calling. Hard working retrievers boost the excitement of the hunt. The mallard shoot is available as a private shoot for a hunter and his selected guests, or as a group shoot. A minimum of four shooters and a maximum of tweleve is best for duck hunting. Duck season opens November 15th, and is available all winter. Duck hunting is an excellent activity when bad weather and snow slow our field hunting.
