 Professional All Breed Bird Dog Training
Hillendale maintains 40 acres of licensed Special Retriever Dog
Training Grounds. These grounds are open for training bird dogs the year-round. We always maintain a good supply of pigeons and
game birds for training. We manage two ponds for water work for retrieving dogs. Tom started training bird dogs in 1972. Since that
beginning he has consistently increased his knowledge by working with other trainers, reading and actively training and handling all
breeds of bird dogs. Tom is a graduate of the Delmar Smith Dog Training School.
Bird Dog Training Rates
Per Month $325.00. Additional charges for pigeons and pheasants. Usually $5.00 for pigeons and $8.00
for pheasants. ($50.00 - $70.00 per month). Owners may visit their dogs on Saturdays from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Dog Boarding
As owners of pets for many years, we believe everyone prefers
to have their pets with them. However, for those times when it is not possible or practical, we feel our accommodations will afford you piece of mind in knowing that everything your pet requires is
being provided. We offer what your pet misses most when you aren’t around; human contact, a friendly word, a gentle pat on the head, a little love.

All dogs $9.00 Per night
Kennel Hours
Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Saturday 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
